After the 10' elections in which the GOP regains the house and senate, Obama will sit as a lame duck for his next two years suffering in the constant agony of political gridlock.
IMO, this is the best possible thing that can happen. Politicians unable to do anything are far less dangerous than ones with "political capital"...
It will be poetic justice for Obama to sit as an impotent loser after being erroneously presented as some sort of political savior to the gullible American public.
The good thing about Obama is that he may have finally shown the masses that the 2 party system is totally useless in terms of real populist change and that a 3rd and 4th option is vital to the future interest of the country.
After Obama, hopefully people will wise up and stop electing "establishment" hack politicians.
