Joyce did overreach calling for the Miller fight a couple weeks back but here he makes sense. Miller is a lot closer to a title shot than Jennings, gets more TV attention for his fights, gets paid more, has more options. Jennings on the other hand is a fringe contender, beating Joyce wouldn't be big for him but it'd be his best win since 2014, plus he has a date scheduled with no opponent, Joyce willing to travel so Jennings could be interested in the fight.

I reserve the right to take all of the above back if Joyce overprices himself.
