He told GGG he can come back to talk about a rematch after he gets a belt. Meanwhile, Charlo and Andrade have been calling him out, belts in hand...what's the hold up?

Canelo told GGG to come back when he has a belt--so what about Charlo and Andrade?

Some how GhostofAlzheimer’s forgot, just like many on NSB in the last months, that DAZN did not approve Andrade...
Hearn has said he was waiting for Charlo Sisters to cross over. Charlos said he offered too low. We’ve got Wilder turning down $100mil or Ortiz turning down $8mil for AJ...
It’s all Haymon advising to steer away, even when Charlos told everyone “I’m widdit, call Hearn, don’t matter..”

canelo picked kovalev over those...
by the way if he picks one of those two after kovalev you will still come here and say he is ducking the other one... no matter who canelo picks, he will always be ducking the rest...

If he plans on staying at 160, then he should plan on unifying against the current champions and becoming undisputed. First belts matter at 160, now not so much?

I don't have a problem with him fighting Kovalev for a 175 title. But, I do have an issue with him telling GGG that the only way he gets a rematch is if he has a title. If that's the case, then all of his fights after Kovalev should be for titles, whether at 160, 168 or 175.

but lets be honest here, canelo told ggg those words cuz he was aiming to be undisputed, oscar took it out of context making it look like canelo was just calling shots or something...
even before fighting jacobs canelo was already talking about becoming undisputed, he knew that after beating jacobs he was going to be only 1 fight away from that wheter it was andrade or ggg(had ggg fought and beaten andrade instead of rolls), that was his initial plan, he even waited for andrade-sulecki fight before picking an opponent, but just one week before andrade-sulecki the wbc ruined canelos plans by sending their title to pbc and then came the ibf with stupid mandos, so canelo went from being one fight away to becoming undisputed to now 3 fights, it kinda changes everything...Last edited by icha; 09-11-2019, 11:27 AM.
