- -Not to toss cold water on this Ali parade, but I've watched the prime Ali train, and as soon as he hit the ring for a spar, he'd open up with a big shadow boxing show replete with Ali shuffles.

Now THAT was some real shadow boxing. As he grew older and weaker, so did his shadow boxing, but back when, he really popularized genre outside of mainstream boxing.

Not many body punches, though. He was such a headhunter.
