Even though Latinos now outnumber blacks by a decent percentage in South LA and Compton, it's innocent Latinos who continue to get gunned down and murdered at the hands of black gang members. They see a Latino walking down the street with tats or a Dodger hat and they automatically assume they're a member of a rival gang.
