It has its moments. If you’re a fan of really really stupid, lowbrow humor, you might like it okay. Doesn’t change the fact that it’s a bad movie though. Dahmer and Gacy do meet up and have a debate on who was the better serial killer, which is a pretty interesting and hilarious conversation.
