Jones: I just can't hit him, I'm trying to. He's countering me with left hooks.

Shame we never got to see a Prime Jones and Prime Calzaghe share a ring.

It dosent help Jones' case that Calzaghe was a couple of inches taller

It would have been a very good spectacle, and a close fight. I couldn't call it myself.

It also doesn't help his case that calzaghe busted him wide open and he was fighting with only one eye.

        But that's boxing for you.

Jones KO before the start of the 4th round. It's so blatantly obvious that would be the outcome. If you know how fighting works, you know that Jones without the speed and athleticism he had in his prime, he is a shadow of himself. He showed it a little bit in the first 2 rounds

their prime styles would give eachother fits... be a very entertaining fight... Joe can exploit Jones' weaknesses and Jones could exploit Calzaghe's weaknesses

maybe Jones's punches would be just that much more crisp to be able to keep JC off him and possibly KO him... or maybe Calzaghe's would be hard enough to put Jones on the canvas when he gets him trapped on the ropes

would have loved to see it
