If u put another fighter like Quartey who is looked at as a good fighter but not atg like weak de la hoya. But with his face and fake charisma. He would be oscar. As long as he fights big names and loses. To be a all time great u gotta win. Chicano oscar quit.

He screwed a number of his big fights. I think most of the animosity towards Oscar is from seeing him prosper for putting out less than other fighters. When the dude who isn't even on anyone's P4P list is making the most money, something is seriously wrong with the sport.Comment

He fought pretty much everyone there was to fight so he deserves credit for that and his crossover appeal helped boxing a lot over the years so his career in that sense was special.Comment

oscar does not belong in the hall of fame as a fighter......he lost all his big fights once he became famous, 3 to smaller men......his best victories are chavez and trinidads used goodsComment
