Is Jermall Charlo interested in the Jacobs fight or not?

The Charlos were disrespecting everyone left and right. But when Jacobs confronted the middleweight Charlo, it was like daddy's home ! Charlo lightened his tone, and appeared to not want any part of Danny!

Yeah, that's how it looked like.
He didn't even mention his name in his last post-fight interview.
There's something in Jacobs that scares the hell out of Charlo.

Why is Charlo not interested in fighting Jacobs?
I thought I saw an explanation from the WBC WBA IBF poster why it doesn't make sense, basically saying Charlo doesn't need Jacobs.
