  • Floyd Says Chavez Jr. started small on his undercards

    See,

If Chavez Jr. were disciplined he'd probably be like Ramirez at 168, thin - maybe lanky - but fit.

Floyd says Chavez Jr. started at 135 but he actually started at 130, and he remembers Jr. on his Gatti and Judah undercards.

He is not downplaying the 164.5 catch and he's insinuating it seems to be normal.

Therefore, most people were right, he should've been more disciplined. He didn't have to go out like a Tyson Fury and not care about boxing..

Except he was absolutely skinny as **** in the weigh in at 164 with a ridiculously concave midsection. No way he can make anything lower than that.

He should not go under 168 again if he wants to fight at 100%.

LOL yea I was thinking about JCC Jr's move through 8 weight divisions yesterday. Its kinda crazy people think he's 6the stronger/harder punching guy. Guy is 10-2, 1ND with 2KO's at 160lbs or more. Canelo is gonna beast on him tonight.

That's the whole drain game. Quillin is massive for a Middleweight. Jacobs now is huge for a Middleweight. They all look "skinny" at the weigh in. 164.5 ain't that bad for Junior and yes I agree that's perhaps a threshold now. He made 168 for Britsch on a completely different camp. That's the thing, his camp with Nacho is seriously underrated. The reason why no one is saying anything is because they're waiting for he post.

168 is his threshold for sure. He was too skinny at this weigh in.

Ever seen Andy Lee walk around? He's not skinny like in his fights. Chavez Jr. looks good!

Andy Lee has a much narrower frame than Jr. and he is a naturally skinny guy, even outside his fights. Jr. is not and does not look good at 164.

He was also a teenager who wasn't in his man body yet.
