    as matter of fact, most sanctioning bodies have that rule of defending the belt at least every 3-4 months but they're just too damn greedy and favor athletes with a the most greenbacks that gives them massive bargaining power. jose sulaiman (WBC), francisco varcarcel (WBO) and IBF/USBA are all snakes and only care about making money, if there would only be one governing body, that cut throat business attitude goes right out the window
