Who would be the best at 160 if there were no GGG or Cotto?

Of course Cotto holds the lineal title and I know it can be argued GGG deserves it but what if GGG and Cotto werent at 160, who do you think would be the Lineal Champ? Lee, Quillen, Jacobs, Lemeiux, Murray, Geale? Or would it be someone from 154??.. Who do you think and why?

i think canelo, without GGG he would have definitely moved up sooner

I believe Canelo would run roughshot over the MW division if GGG weren't in it. Even if it included Cotto. Canelo would make the division his main bitch

The current lineal champ is Alfonso Blanco after upsetting Sergey Khomitsky a couple weeks ago.
