He probably knows he could beat the names you mentioned, but he probably realizes at 40 years old he wouldn’t be able to beat Crawford at this point. I’m almost positive Crawford stops Pacquiao if it happens in 2019.

I think Crawford can beat all welterweights but Spence. I am grateful to him for knocking annoying bragger Horn out of the picture. The winner of Garcia vs Porter would be the fight I would like for him. Crawford will beat either of them in my opinion. I think Spence KOs Crawford and all the other top welterweights.
