Canelo beats GGG...AGAIN. GGG is one dimensional. Canelo was the only one who showed any defense and he landed the harder punches. Many fans and commentators credit the fighter moving forward, but do not consider defense in their scoring although it is one of the four criteria for scoring a round.

Defense that is running is not really defense, it is failure to engage and should lose rounds for a fighter who employs it. Effective and proper defense is the ability to engage but block, slip punches while landing your own punches. If Canelo can employ this type of defense he will win the fight but if his defense is running he won't deserve to win.
