I recently did boardwalk empire marathon and i believe the shows is second best of all time after Sopranos.

Boardwalk empire was class. Sopranos and The Wire seem to be most peoples favourites. For me I never hear anyone give The Shield it's dues. The Shield after the first couple of episodes was excellent. For me one of the best cop shows ever.

Gyp Rossetti was an ATG character. I never watched the Sopranos, but I really liked B'Walk Empire.
Michael Shannon's Fed Agent was Fantastic.
