GGG is at his peak and is 35. He doesnt have the time to be waiting around for another year for canelo and golden boy to muster up some confidence. He needs big fight NOW and canelo isnt giving that to him. Thats why hes trying to get the jacobs fight, because its obvious canelo doesnt want it right now.

thats nobodys problem but GGG, if he wanted the fight earlier he could have countered with an offer at 155 next may, but he wont cuz he wants no parts of canelo at any other weight, the fight can happen sooner cuz canelo wont need time to adapt, but ggg wants everything his way, the weight, the money and the date... canelo is the one going to fight him at gggs desired weight and the mofo still wants a big slice of the pie, GTFOH...
if he wants the fight NOW then take the money NOW, if he wants more money then give up some weight....

GGG/Jacobs will be a great fight actually if Jacobs doesnt squirm his way out of negotiations.

Triple g needs to prove to the fans he is really ready for a name like canelo not the other way around. He has fought not one name fans have heard of but yet he the best in boxing! You are as silly as trumps hair dew. Canelo been taking on names for a while now and he's only in his mid 20s. GGG on the other hand is in his mid 30's and when he fights Alvarez will be his 1st true fight. Anyone notice that. Hard to when people are busy riding a dude who gets knock out after knock out against people with already poor records and who haven't even got a name yet. You will all see what Oscar sees in his young star when he steps up a class and whoops GGG a**!

Just like nelo supposedly has a better resume than GGG but GGG is favourite. I guess nelo not looking totally convincing didn't help his chances. I dunno, maybe if nelo looked more convincing he wouldn't be underdog.

No GGG just wants the fight to happen now with a fair split. He just doesnt want to be strong armed by canelo and walk away with pennies because they fight could end up generating alot of money and he could miss out on it. 70-30 or 60-40 split is fair if they are to make the fight now.
