before i started boxing i got back to working out. in april i was 5'10.. 225 pounds...around may or june i was 200 pounds. but i didn't eat right, however i did work out, so i stayed the same weight for the summer. then i aguast i join boxing.....it's october going on november and i'm 169 on my way to 165..... i almost dropped 50 pounds this year. and i feel it good shape (though i'm trying to get in "better" shape)

whats your weight loss story?

About 4 years ago I was 5'6 & 180 lbs. Now im 5'8 and 150. when i think about it I cant remember how I did it. All i remember is mon-fri I did 30-40 mins on the treamill for about 2-3 months. But my mom says during the time I didn't eat any french fries or any greasy food.
i want to loose about 20 more lbs but I need to work on my diet. I want to loose the weight by january 1st.
