Not drop out just guys who don’t want too be exploited by the NCAA. It’s a alternative too the NCAA system.. let’s hope it flourishes

This is basically how is done everywhere in the world except here in the states where they invented the "students athletes " scam

The only way it would have any chance is if he didn't force sponsor the league and the players. with his corny ass BBB brand.

If he took that crap out of the equation than players would seriously consider it because they could get sponsorships straight out of high school and make real $, and not the few dollars lavar is offering for them to play.

Nike offers these kids a million dollar scholarship out of high school, and they ain't playing no college ball.

Don't care about Ball or the NBA.

As a business idea, doesn't sound terrible at face value. Doesn't necessarily mean he can make it work either, though. I have doubts about the profitability, but with enough work can maybe carve out a niche.

Honestly, if you are too ghetto to represent a school, then it makes sense to have a league for these guys to prepare them for the NBA. Save the athletic scholarships for people with at least average IQ. ******s need million dollar sports contracts too.

                This league will never work..

Mark Cuban has already presented a plan to turn the g-league into something similar and pay high school prospects and they can just forego college, but not take a spot on an nba roster

The G-league is perfect for it..

                  You are a moron .

Drops outs is exactly who will fill this dumb league.

So many high school athletes are ineligible and so many dont wanna be enrolled in highschool To play basketball.

You will get so many minority athletes dropping out like this is their nba .

This league will become a new system to help minorities fail at life.

There is such a thing as called life skills.
