I'm still puzzled why he had this guy crawling on the ground when he could have just cuffed him while he was down. Very bizarre. Not sure what I would have down differently. Definitely would not have tried to pull up my shorts after seeing this.

who reported seeing the pellet gun through the window?

and wernt the friends of the man killed asked by police to simply leave the room beforehand, which indicates they knew it was no big deal?

Bottom line the man was falsely arrested/killed for having a pellet gun
