Sadly it took term limits with the last president.

The last president left with an almost 60% approval rating and when republicans tried to repeal his legacy healthcare law, their own base loudly told them no. He also brought the country back from the last economic collapse.

It’s cool if you don’t like him but he isn’t a criminal. Now we don’t know if Trump is yet. He says he isn’t but it’s hard to believe a guy that lies every other day.

Trump's tweet last night blaming the FBI's Russia investigation for the Florida shooting (I'd show you the tweet, but he blocked me on Twitter) shows once again that Trump cares more about defending himself than defending this country.

The reason congress wrote the sanctions bill is because they didn't trust Trump to implement sanctions on Russia because he repeatedly lied about Russian interference. People seem to forget Congress doesn't usually write sanctions bills. They leave that up to the President. Congress didn't have to write a sanctions bill for Obama when he punished them. And they supported Obama's sanctions because of the evidence they'd seen. Congress knew Trump wouldn't do anything and they had to force his hand. AND HE STILL DIDN'T DO ANYTHING!!!! Congress knows Trump isn't committed to defending our democracy. This is either dereliction of duty or collusion. Congress is not doing their job to protect our democracy.

I don’t know what they’re going to say. I don’t know what emails they’re going to produce. So it’s a very scary situation for Chris. And we’ll see how he handles it.”
