    it's not about book smarts.

it's about one kid who came out of high school with no college experience and straight into the pros.

the other played 4 years of college ball.

who do you think has more room to grow fundamentally?

college is where you go to learn fundamentals. especially when you go for 4 years.

lin has room to learn but jennings has more to learn and therefore more upside if he does. will jennings learn? we'll see.

damn , i hate having to explain the simplest things to simple people.

college is where you go to learn fundamentals? no. you're schooling in fundamentals starts from the very beginning and you work on them through out your career. some guys never improve on them because they get by on physical gifts strictly and they never turn into much. others develop slower but develop ball skills to make up for it, and sometimes they're bodies catch up to their skill. those are the guys who become great players.

the rest of your post isn't even worth arguing about. you bore me.

And nets are 60 percent from 3. Both those things change in the second half.

            he's also younger than lin.

bball iq can be fixed and changed through experience and practice.

            athletic attributes can't.

like i said...... no one thought lin was anything special in high school , no one thought he was anything special in college , no one thought he was anything special last year and no one thought anything of him until recently this year......

            there's a reason for this.

could it be he is someone special and everyone just missed it the past 10 years?

            sure. but unlikely.

more likely he's not as good as he is playing right now and will never improve and actually regress.
jlin was a victim of stereotyping and racism..
he was good in high school, decent in college..
if he was black, duke would of recruited him.. true story..
