Awesome fights that could have happened, but didn't

Many fights mentioned would have been great. Unfortunately many never happened because weight, timing and in many occasions, promoters.
One matchup that comes to mind was Tyson-Witherspoon. Naturally fans might assume a win for Tyson, but Witherspoon on his best night would have been a dangerous matchup for Tyson. One of the things that kept Tyson away from Tim was Tim's lawsuit against Don King, which resulted in somewhat of a blacklisting of Witherspoon. This protected Kings fighters while Witherspoon was still in his prime. A time where King controlled the heavyweight division.
