It was obvious in my opinion. Most notably, he improved his jab, technique and patience. This goes to his previous fights, not just the Loma fight. You do realize that some fighters learn from losses right?

Thats easy to see bro. Just use some logic. If you remember Pedraza was desperate to leave PBC saying they weren't giving him the fights he wants and that he was inactive. So then what did they do? They shelved him and then after about 10 months of inactivity they threw him in with at the time an active Tank Davis.

Pedraza had been struggling from the weight and when he finally broke free from PBC he moved up to 135 where he has said he is much more comfortable and he has fought 4x this year (in a 9 month span) which is waaaaayyyyy more active than he used to be. He also moved his training camps to Las Vegas to eliminate distractions. A more active fighter is a sharper fighter and he proved that.

Cool, never said it wasn't your opinion. Just wanted to see you breakdown in how exactly he improved from the Davis fight.

Do I realize some fighters learn from losses? Absolutely, but doesn't necessarily mean every fighter improves from losses. That just depends on that particular fighter.

Pedraza was coming off a 9 month layoff while davis was coming off a 7 month layoff. Not much of a difference.

Why are you loma fans coming up with excuses?? Does the American really have you guys this insecure??

          This is hilarious

Shelved him for 10 months? Plenty of PBC fighters deal with that. So not sure he was "shelved" for 10 months, more so the lack of dates with too many fighters in the stable to satisfy.

So he was much more improved because he moved camps and was more active? Cool, certainly possible. I mean just six months ago he was going life and death with Antonio Moran but maybe the Beltran fight is what took him to another level. Maybe he needed that fight to become a better fighter. Maybe he was struggling with the weight. Could be.....Or it could simply be if he was to fight Davis again he would once again get beat pillar to post and stopped in similar fashion. Who knows......

Nice catch there. Didn't know Tank was also coming off 7 months from his prior fight. But more than that, Pedraza's prior performance against Stephen Smith was probably the best one he had in a while. Thought he was better vs Smith than he was against Cherry or Klimov. But I guess you can argue the Klimov fight, but against Cherry he wasn't very good. Definitely better against Smith than Cherry.
