Canelo fought James Kirkland and Liam Smith and Amir Khan in recent year.
Not counting GGG, Jacobs and either of the Charlo's would be his best opponent since Erislandy Lara back in 2014.

Every fan will decide that for themselves but a fight with Jacobs is a good fight that should not be faulted. Jacobs is Ring magazine's number 2 contender right behind GGG and Jacobs is a world champion himself. Not very many champions are fighting their number 2 contender these days and unification fights between two champions is a good thing. A third fight with GGG is my favorite fight for Canelo in May but Canelo fighting Jacobs would be a close 2nd best fight for Canelo in my opinion.

Canelo is in a lose-lose for May. He should let Jacobs and Charlo fight and then fight the winner in September.

If he fights Jacobs he'll be criticized for not fighting Charlo and vice versa...or ducking Callum Smith/Benavidez.

When you're on top of the world the only place to go is down and people will blame him for anything he doesn't do..while, in reality, he does everything he can to be the best:

- lineal @ 154
- fought Floyd at 22 years of age @ 152
- fought Cotto @ 155
- offered lil g fight @ 155...lil g refused
- fought g @ 160 and outboxed him, easy
- took year off, hard surgery, no tune-ups, battered lil g in the rematch

Nothing Ca$h can do at this point in time will be enough. When you're held to that standard...it goes without saying you are the #1 fighter in the world

DAZN is best place to sign right now. There is literally zero following for Thurman, Spencer, or Mikey Garcia. No casuals know any of those guys. They are horrible (in terms of gaining fans).

The best promoted fighters atm are Ca$hnelo, Anthony Joshua, and Lomachenko. And there's no debating that - that's the list. ESPN pushes Loma hard and Loma usualy delivers a corresponding performance.

Ca$h and AJ just flat out dominate everyone they fight.

GBP/DAZN and TR/ESPN is the way to go if you want to be popular and make millions. If you're okay making 500k and maybe scracthing the surface of millions than go with Haymon and Showtime, but nobody watches those fighters. They have zero popularity.
