why do people still put floyd at number 1? his resume is not worthy, he barely fights, and he doesn't even look as good as he used to. if you move him down maybe that will motivate him to actually take risks(slim chance) otherwise he will keep doing B level fights to consolidate his number 1 place that he gets to keep simply for not losing.
