Obvious it was a joke offer. Real offers are put together by guys in suits who hammer out the details, dot the eyes, cross the tees, not over the phone for some publicity stunt.
It was not a real offer, and from Pac's recollection the so called "conversation" was a 3rd grade level banter between two uneducated people. Embarrassing that Floyd cannot hold an adult conversation
