What's up with all these russian and khazakh fighters who fight their entire careers in the amateurs instead of making money in the pros?

A lot of countries pay their amateurs to stay amateur and represent their country. A few loses in the pros hurts your earning potential. You can lose in the amateurs but place well and still earn a living.Comment

Turning pro you need to find an honest manager who hooks you up with a decent promoter, and that's not as simple as it sounds.Comment
