Arum & recently Hearn are so stupid or petty (idk which) with this approach. I don't see the upside in taking these sorta stances. Sounds alot like GGG. Everyone from 154-168, I just wanna unify titles, decided to fight bums instead of moving up and waited for a 154 pounder to move up for the pay day.
