Now you are just lying. The stats on page 16 show 57,512 deaths in 1984 and 60,435 deaths in 1989

and the chart on page 15 also shows an increase the next two years

I like to talk numbers too. Let's talk about these numbers here:

57,512x0.32= 18,403 for 1984
57,883x0.29=16,786 for 1985
18,100 for 1986
17,203 for 1987
17,430 for 1988
16,317 for 1989

Alcohol related crashes decreased by approximately 2500 between 1984 and 1989. And that was before we saw the real drop.

Doesn't look like they're going up to me...
