Couldn't powder puff punchers if they were taught to use their body mechanics differently be taught to deliver punches with alot more effectiveness if they unlearn what they know and relearn a different way to better suit them?
also great timing improves with speed improves sharpness and snap of punches.

Punchers are like 100m sprinters, Sprint Swimmers or cyclist etc
These type of athletes have gifts that they are fundamentally born with.
To a certain extent a boxer can improve his punching power, but they are not suddenly going to be on the level of Mike Tyson after afew months of training.
