“He’s amazing” well bro there’s the problem..you don’t live with him or have to deal with him full time. Folks used to call me a great husband when I was at my worst because they didn’t know how much of a nightmare I was. Fortunately I grew the fk up and have a woman who was just as strong as me who helped me become a better man, person, husband and stuck with me through my bullsht. As an outsider you only have one side of the equation bro, marriage is wayyyy more complicated than people believe.

Literally apart from my mother and grandmother I don’t know a single decent one.

My friend Paul was told by his wife of 4 years yesterday that she was getting a divorce. Throwing away their entire family unit with our one toddler daughter. No *****s given on her end. Complete and utter unwillingness to try to make things work when he tried to go that route.

He spent the past decade thinking this woman was different. I was fkn right, and it saddens me all the more. He has very little left and I now worry for him.
