just wondering what time period should new starters be lookin at for learnin?
for example after 4-5 sessions u should kno how to ......
any thoughts

people progress at different rates. Personally speaking i knew how to move and box without ever being taught anything by a 'trainer' it was just natural.

i mean how do u gauge whether ur trainer is progressin u( i mean like how do u kno hes teachin properly)

Well you wont know, give it a few months and if you aren`t sparring and feeling like you're progressing then you aren`t...
getting a good trainer/club is half the battle....doing the same bull**** workout week in week out wont progress you
