    Unless Justice Roberts stands against them publicly, our supreme court will be stuck at 4-4, and nothing will pass.

        Democrats gave Reagan appointee Kennedy approval in Reagan's last year so they can't cry lame duck.

                Yea ok. We had a voice. We choose President Obama to appoint Supreme Court Justices. As a matter of fact we reaffirmed that voice two times.
