I eat 3 eggs everyday...have been doing so for many years. It's not the cholesterol you eat that is a problem...it's the cholesterol that you create when you have an insulin ****e that cause you problems.
I've been doing the same. Eggs get a bad rap because they have "high cholesterol" but high cholesterol in food does not directly translate to high bad cholesterol in your body. Eggs are some of the best and versatile foods around
but I tear up anything and everything, I dont care.
same. i try and be sensible on the weekend (when i allow myself to eat more, during the day, and less clean,) but if there's a big plate of food within arms reach from friday night to sunday night i am f#cking destroying it.
