Aired from 04 to 06 on BBC, only 3 seasons, had a hilarious and hot(Sarah Alexander yummy) cast. One of the funniest shows ever. This guy turned being a fuck-up into an artform.

The main one I can recall was a dog ending up in a cement mixer. I think it's from this programme anyway!
