Should we be worried Brook will pull out of the fight with an injury soon?

He has a history of pulling out of competitive fights with mysterious injuries then fighting a lesser opponent after the fact. The only thing that gives me confidence is that if he pulls out of this fight he'll be forced to fight Spence. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place. I hope the fight happens but with Brook's history of pulling out of big fights I'm not too confident.
