It coulda been at one time, but since Jose got shot & has been out for 18mos I think he's of unknown ability now.

He's only fought a guy who'd lost his last 3 fights (2 by KO) & a guy with a sexy record, 22-0 (21), but had only beaten 3 guys with winning records since returning.

Jose has massively veered off course since 2014 when he had what I will suspect will be his career best win by the time its all said & done over Mauricio Herrera even doe he's only 26 years old. I think for this fight to have truly meant something Jose would have needed to be in with someone better than Herrera.
