I'm angry that 2 fighters whose names have been constant topic of conversations
not being able to move on because of this damn trilogy.
Golovkin vs Charlo would have been a huge fight. They're both available.
It's frustrating that t's not even in DAZN's radar.
Man, I would use all that power and money to make that fight if I were DAZN's executive.

What the hell happened to the GGG mystique that have been gracing the headlines for years?
      It almost like disappeared overnight.

For guys who have never been involved in boxing and don't understand the players, politics, and pettiness of the sport they have to be frustrated
the problem with your reality and the LDBC is that you guys base your premise that Canelo vs GGG 3 is what would make DAZN?

So DAZN is willing to give GGG $100million, not knowing the outcome had Canelo fought GGG this Sept.? What if GGG got KTFO? DAZN would feel that GGG's value thereafter is his steady average of 15million?

No of course not. GGG signing was just a ploy. An athlete can retire at any time, particularly if the athlete feels he can no longer be optimal level. So GGG was expecting to cash out with his $30mil ''performance based'' ending against Canelo and dip out by the end of 2020. That didnt go to plan Team Canelo not wanting to free load off him and justify the Kazakhs multi deal. How do you think Haymon, Arum, GBP shut each other out? It's all business.

The forum never relied on GGG when Canelo's multi-deal was announced. That's why you're in denial.

DAZN knows the game, and at worst just lost a 2019 closing Trilogy, but they weren't expecting a guarantee.

As long as Canelo's knee injury stays the course, DAZN is good, and people will tune into his fights. That was the investment. DAZN giving GGG 100mil is not his problem. DAZN knows this simple business concept.

Canelo can head back to PPV, problem is he wont be making close to 35 million a fight unless he fights someone like GGG who he doesn't want to fight again.

          Andrade? Not gonna sell great
Charlo? Decent but not coming close to a million buys
Kovalev may sell good because of the circus size difference factor who knows.
          Derevyanchenko? Nope...
          Smith? Nope....
          Mungia? Nope...

So go back to PPv and cost yourself 10-15 million per fight or stay at DAZN and make that paper.. easy choice to me.

He asked how a fight did on PPV, how does that prove he wants to leave DAZN? LOL

Fuc that arrogant Oscar. Let him take his non fighting superstar and do whatever the hell he wants. He had better be damn careful and stack the deck because if Canelo loses a fight that's a huge hit.

Well if you know all about it tell the rest of us how exactly Canelo's 350 million dollar deal works.

Canelo never knocks tough or really good fighters out or even knocks them down. He couldn't knock down Lara, Jacobs or Mosley and never hurt GGG in 24 rounds. He is not going to knock out GGG who has the best chin in boxing and has never been down or hurt. GGG is the big puncher who has all the KOs and has KOed guys nobody else could hurt or stop. If anybody gets KTFO it will be Canelo.
