I think DAZN is viewing this as more of a headache than they imagined. Think about it for a minute..... They're paying one guy $36 million the other guy $15 million. $51 million dollars to make one fight yet they still can't do it. As long as Canelo's knee injury stays the course, DAZN is good, and people will tune into his fights. That was the investment. DAZN giving GGG 100mil is not his problem. DAZN knows this simple business concept.

Canelo can head back to PPV, problem is he wont be making close to 35 million a fight unless he fights someone like GGG who he doesn't want to fight again.
