Florida residents...Does Flanigan's have the best baby back ribs???

For the ones who live outside of FL: Flanigan's is a very popular casual dining restaurant.

Okay.

I've been told by various co-workers and family that Flanigan's have the best baby back ribs compared to Chili's and others.

I've never gone to a Flanigan's before (A huge Chili's fan by the way), so if anyone has visited fill me up.
