Bas Rutten Overrated in the cage?

I know Bas has a huge fan base, he was a true legend of pancrase.

But when he crossed over into the UFC he came with a huge rep, but i thought he was a big let down. He struggled his ass off in his first fight against TK then he got an absolute gift against Randleman (maybe the worst decision in MMA history).

He promised so much but didnt live up to the rep imo.

Any thoughts?
