Nutrition is obviously key. Be in a slight calorie surplus eating the right amount of protein. Don't forget to work on accessory movements too(shoulder press tricep extension). And like a couple of other people said try lower rep sets.Also, if you are into powerlifting my buddy just finished the cube method and saw some pretty awesome results. You can just google it and find the program.
