I cannot stomach myself to eat Rare steak or medium rare, I prefer Medium or Medium well, taste way better to me

lol yup, without a doubt filet mignon. I guess I call it fatty, because of how thick and juicy it is. Also, the taste is so fatty, and good. Guess I have it mixed up with another cut of steak, but I love filet mignon the best, especially with a cold brew.
