Hi guys,
Boxing for charity next week and have been training solid for about 13 weeks,
Last drill/ sparring I did was 2 days ago;
5x2min rounds sparring
30 sec rest
5 Burpees during that rest
I wasn't blowing but could feel and could probably of done 2 more rounds before burning all out
Am I ready?! I can hit the bag for 15 minutes straight at a good intensity followed by half an hour of power and Tabata circuits,
How do I test if I'm ready!?
