Okay, we are past the half way point so we know Cabby is legit and has a real strong chance at this thing. Mind you he is going to be in the derby and in the past, derby participants have really struggled after competing but this is no average big leaguer. Cabby leads the league in rbis, average, and is second in home runs only 2 behind the leader(a guy that up until this year really was not known for his power and already has a career high in homers). I think Cabrera can win the triple crown. Pathetic though that a scrub like Texeria got more all star votes than him.

It would be cool. Somebody's bound too one of these years. I just feel it's gonna be tough. Certain guys are BA specialist and other's HR specialist's. Plus the stadium he plays in isn't as hitter friendly as for HR's anyways. Josh Hamilton is tied with Hr's with him and in Texas that ball takes off. I think Bautista will fall off their and Hamilton will hit the most.
Also yeah the All-Star game voting fuking blows. Many good players that deserve to be their are always left out because somebody is more popular or more of an attraction.
