They have no stars. They’ll always have a stock fan base. But need Ronda Conor or Jones to really get the hype. Maybe the ESPN deal will change things

UFC has been on the decline, but it isn't dying. UFC reached it's peak a few years ago as it was fresh and trendy for a few years. Many casuals have moved on to other things since UFC doesn't have any stars that appeal to the casual fanbase

That being said, UFC already has an established fanbase that will always watch regardless of how hot the product is at the moment. Some UFC events are absolutely ****ty, but still bring in consistent numbers, even if they're not as high as they once were.

UFC is here to stay, but it was never going be that huge phenomenon that was going to kill boxing and WWE and take popularity away from mainstream sports. Dana White, Joe Rogan and many others tried to lead people to believe that. Most people, even MMA fans knew the UFC wouldn't be as big as it was hyped up to be.
