IF LOOKS COULD kill, Jim Lampley would've been a dead man last Saturday night. This was at ringside in the Thomas & Mack Center in Vegas, shortly after Lennox Lewis decisioned Evander Holyfield. I looked up from my computer and saw George Foreman, standing a couple of feet away, glaring at Lampley, TVKO's blow-by-blow voice. The two men had just closed out the telecast and were off the air.
