            This is animation shop, you load a short avi file in and it will convert them to frames for you.

            Get a video trim it to size, the video i got was off youtube, I used an online converter to download it.
            Once you got the gif frames in Animation Shop you will need to resize it so its less than 2mb and can run smoothly, I done it by manually deleting frames which repeated itself and it worked very well for a second attempt.

              Get the clip you want from a movie file if its short like a couple of minutes import it mine was like 8mb but if the file is massive like a whole fight you will need to trim the video file down before importing it.
              i just downloaded of the website, it brought me to this thing were it shows my folder, jasc animation shop,

              but when i click jasc animation shop, it starts loading somthing

                    I can make them in many ways using different sotware

                    Here is just one example I did with virtual dub and video master



                    I can do these with my eyes closed lol, it took me longer only because I was just showing some extra cropping features, but I can knock these out pretty fast.
