Cops always show up with a dozen people for one guy or woman. Then they hang around for half an hour chatting with each other and their office. You see DOZENS of cops all dressed up with their toys at shootings, hanging around for HOURS after an incident. I've always felt the best time to rob a bank is during a shooting incident because all the local cops will be hanging around doing jack.
