There’s nothing wrong with calling a guy “sir”. Because he is a guy. This guy is looking for a settlement.

When the tranny is screaming "You said sir!" and the employee responds by repeating the word "Sir? OK..." as a question.

They captioned it as "Sir" with neither a question mark nor an "OK". That's to make it seem like the employee was just standing there calling the tranny "Sir" over and over.
