I think he was pissed because they agreed to let Hogan go over one time and HBK the other but Hogan changed his mind

Actually Hogan was going to put HBK over at the next PPV, that was the agreement, and that's what was happening, even during the first match shawn went in knowing he'd get his win back

but he still took the piss, then the next night on raw he went out and cut a promo taking the piss out of hogan again and hogan said you know what **** you and didn't give him his win back.

It was shawns petulance which cost him (not for the first time)
